CASE STUDIES IN MALPRACTICE
Case Studies in Malpractice is an updated version of a textbook written by Arnold Mann, a graduate of the University of Melbourne and a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of England and of Australasia. It is based on a study of almost 500 real case reports, almost all of them derived from Annual Reports of the Medical Defence Union of the United Kingdom, as well as from cases about which he has personal knowledge. No case is a “mock up.”
Dr Arnold Mann has been asked to advise on malpractice cases in almost 800 cases and is therefore very experienced in medicolegal reporting. The book is written so that the man in the street can understand it with an easy link to a medical dictionary.
